How to Book:
Reservations must be made exclusively by submitting the form available on our website.
Booking Confirmations:
Reservations are only valid after receiving our confirmation document via email.
Reservation Deposit:
After receiving our confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay must be paid immediately.
Proof of payment/transfer must be sent to us via email, and only after receiving this document will the stay be definitively confirmed.
Remaining Balance:
The remaining 50% of the total cost must be paid in cash, MBway or bank transfer upon arrival at the accommodation.
Pets:
Pets are allowed.
Check-in:
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
Check-out:
Extending the stay beyond the check-out time (11:00 PM) up to a maximum of 6:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €15 per person (subject to availability of the house).
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date will result in the loss of the deposit.
For cancellations made more than 10 days in advance, the deposit will be credited towards a future stay (low season).
Non-refundable rate.
Damages:
We reserve the right to demand payment for any intentional damage caused to the property.
Guest Visitors:
Visits from friends or family during the guest’s stay are not permitted without prior approval from the management.
